Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family Since: 1962Peter Spina started with Lincoln of Wayne as the second generation to his father. Now it is a three-generation, family-owned establishment with his son, Peter Spina Jr, as General Manager. As the President and CEO of Lincoln of Wayne, he can give you many of his favorite client experiences over these years. One of his favorite things is seeing when his client's write in about their experiences. He loves knowing that they enjoyed their time and trusted Lincoln of Wayne with all their car needs. He has worked hard to ensure each department will shine.He enjoys getting away and getting some sun while traveling. One of his favorite spots to visit is Palm Beach Gardens. He loves to get out on the golf course and play with his buddies. He also enjoys spending time with his family and five grandchildren! Favorite quote: "Never, never, never give up!"

Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family since: 1984Peter Jr has been with this company for life! He is the third generation of his family to be in the business. He's had many exceptional client experiences during his time here. His favorite experiences are when he is able to help out someone whose family has been doing business with Lincoln of Wayne since his grandfather was involved. For Pete, it is so exciting for multiple generations of families to do business together. It's rare to have a company so strong and three generations deep! When he's not managing this company, he puts everything aside to de-stress with painting! His paintings are abstract and he uses recycled paint from our Body shop, Wayne Motors Auto Body. He converts waste into art! If you ever wanted a sneak peek of his artwork, stop in! Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family Since: 1987Nicole started with the company as a teenager and worked almost every position in our Sales Department until she took over as Director of our Client Relations Department! She knows every aspect of our Lincoln Sales Department.She can't pin-point just one client experience but after being with us for so many years it brings her pure joy that so many of her clients families have been doing business with her for three generations. It is very special that we have lifelong clientele, and Nicole is a big part of building those relationships. It makes her feel special to see her client's children coming in.Aside from running the Client Relations Department, she's very adventurous. Prior to having her baby girl, she took yearly trips to the Hatfield McCoy Trails to ride her quad. Nicole grew up loving riding, she was quite the adrenaline junkie!Her favorite quote: "Let your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile."

Robyn started with the company as a teenager as our Sales Greeter, after taking on several different positions we are happy to have her in our Client Relations Department!Her favorite experiences with clients are when they bring in their dogs to say hello! She also loves when they leave them in office while they are out test driving a Lincoln! "It's nice to know they trust us with their pet!"Robyn is a mother of two daughters… which takes up all her spare time. However, that doesn't stop her from enjoying herself! She coached basketball for years before switching over to cheering! She loves snuggling up to a good book for a couple hours. Her favorites are mysteries, romantic fiction and legal thrillers! Robyn is a DIY lover… who isn't?! Creating and designing your own crafts is the best!Favorite Quote: When she thinks of family "We may not have it all together, but together we have it all."

Part of the Lincoln of Wayne-Ramsey Family Since: 2014Maria is the first face you see when walking into our showroom! It's extremely special to her to build friendships with our clientele. She always tries to make their experience one to remember. In her spare time, she loves taking long walks or going for a jog to clear her mind. She loves taking on projects whether it's drawing, crafts or just re-decorating her house! She's proud of her Italian heritage and loves to be in the kitchen making magic happen! Part of the Wayne Motors, INC Family Since 2020Joe is devoted to custom curating the best possible guest experiences that are second to none, making the client experience as effortless and rewarding as possible. Starting at Lincoln of Wayne as a Product Specialist, through hard work, dedication and exceptional performance, Joe is now the Sales Manager at our Ramsey location. Joe comes from an Italian background, is all about family, and happens to be something he loves about the moral of the dealership, that all departments work together as a family, to achieve the ultimate goal of complete customer satisfaction.Joe has been a car enthusiast all his life dating back to getting his first model cars as a small child. If money wasn't an obstacle he would have a fleet of vehicles, one for each day of the week. Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family Since: 2014Abel loves working with technology and working on cars. One of the things he enjoys about working here is seeing as time goes on, technology on the vehicles continues to grow. Abel is excited to help launch our Service Mobile van as the Technician.When Abel is not working, he is the Music Director at his church together with his lovely wife. He enjoys tinkering with things, taking them apart and figuring out how they work and putting them back together. Joe started with us in our Prep Department cleaning cars and making sure each and every car looked pristine… Now he is the Manager of our on-site body shop making sure each car comes out looking like new!In Joe's spare time you can catch him sitting lakeside catching some fish or getting active on his ATV riding up in the woods.
